Type 1 Diabetes!
Okay, I know this is a little weird, to be passionate about a disease. But I am intimately involved with this disease, so I better be passionate about it. True I wasn't given a choice in our relationship, but I can choose how I react to it.
First and foremost; I am passionate about finding a cure. Hey, like I said I was forced into this relationship, I don't want it to last forever.
I am passionate about taking care of myself, sometimes.
I am totally into all the cool gadgets that are available for making life with diabetes easier.
I am passionate about advocating for Type 1. Seriously ask me about something diabetes related and I will keep going and going and going. Yep, that's right I am the Diabetes Energizer Bunny!
